A tradition started by Noel Curry on TWITTER (@DJBogTrotter) where we announce a weekly sketch topic with hashtag #tuesdaysketch.
Participants submit their sketches here, and post about it on Twitter using the hashtag.
Noel asked me to keep it going, so follow @gonzalexx, or look for the hashtag for the topic.

Tuesday Sketch #175
Topic: Foreshorten
Foreshortening can be a pretty advanced technique but it really improves the look of your art. Even non-artists are impressed by a well drawn foreshortened figure. Even the simplest art can look professional.

Tuesday Sketch 174
Topic: Folds
Time to practice drawing clothing folds. It’s actually simple if you understand the underlying design and basic shapes of folds. The main thing to watch out for is where the folds are tight (when over a knee, for example) and when they are loose (hanging in the air).

Tuesday Sketch # 172
Topic: Overlap
Practice composing an image by overlapping several objects.
One object should be short and wide and another tall and thin. The rest of the objects should be between those two extremes.
